Affiliate Partner Program

Affiliate Partner Program Terms & Conditions Effective Date: July 23, 2025 and Last Updated: July 23, 2025

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Digital Disruptors University Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Digital Disruptors University (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

To join our affiliate program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Use your real name and identity

Provide accurate contact and payment information

Be a paid and active member of a Digital Disruptors University program

Comply with all terms outlined in this agreement

You may not promote DDU, share affiliate links, or earn commissions unless you are currently enrolled in an eligible program. Free trials, unpaid accounts, or community-only access do not qualify.

We reserve the right to verify membership status before approving or continuing affiliate access.

2. Commissions

You will earn a commission for each qualifying sale made through your unique affiliate link, as outlined in the current offer details. Commission amounts and structures may vary by product or promotion.

You are only eligible for commissions on purchases made directly through your affiliate link.

No commissions will be paid on your own purchases (self-referrals).

You must be in compliance with all terms at the time the commission is due.

3. Cookie Duration & Attribution

Unless otherwise stated, our standard cookie window is 30 days.

If a customer clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you will be credited the commission — unless another affiliate’s link was clicked more recently.

We use last-click attribution.

4. Payout Schedule

Payouts are made on a [monthly/biweekly/other — insert your choice] basis.

A holding period of [typically 7–30 days] may apply to account for refunds or disputes.

Payments are sent via [insert method: PayPal, Stripe, etc.].

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate. We are not liable for failed payments due to incorrect account details.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund or files a chargeback on a purchase made through your link, the related commission will be deducted from your total payout or future earnings.

Affiliates who are found abusing refund policies to game commissions will be immediately removed.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

Creating fake accounts or making purchases through your own link

Spamming, cold-DMing strangers, or using deceptive marketing tactics

Running paid ads (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) that bid on branded terms or compete with our own ads

Making false claims or income guarantees

Copying or duplicating our sales pages, branding, or email content

Harassing or attempting to poach other affiliates or customers

Speaking negatively about the program, brand, or its partners publicly or privately

Misrepresenting your relationship with Digital Disruptors University in any way

You may not imply that you work for or represent DDU. You are an independent affiliate only.

7. Marketing Guidelines

You are encouraged to share your personal experience and promote the program in a way that is honest and ethical.

Please follow these rules:

Only use approved graphics or create your own original content

Do not make unrealistic promises, income guarantees, or exaggerated results

Always disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and prominently (e.g. "This is my referral link")

Avoid misleading tactics like fake scarcity or countdown timers

If you're unsure whether something is allowed, please ask us before posting.

8. Affiliate Tracking & Disputes

We track referrals via unique links and browser cookies. We are not responsible for failed tracking due to user behavior, cookie-blockers, device issues, or third-party platform errors.

Tracking disputes must be submitted to info@digitaldisruptorsuniversity.com within 14 days of the contested sale.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

Violating this agreement

Ethical concerns

Inactivity

Misrepresentation or abuse of the affiliate system

Promoting Digital Disruptors University without being an active, paid participant

Negative conduct that reflects poorly on the DDU brand or community

If terminated for cause, you will forfeit all unpaid commissions and lose future promotion rights.

If terminated for cause, you will forfeit all unpaid commissions.

You may also choose to cancel your participation at any time by emailing us at info@digitaldisruptorsuniversity.com.

10. Brand Protection

All intellectual property — including the name Digital Disruptors University, logos, training material, and all written content — is the property of DDU. Affiliates may not use these materials outside of authorized promotion.

We take brand protection seriously. Affiliates must not:

Create fake DDU pages or impersonate the company

Resell any part of our content or training

Upload DDU training into their own platforms or communities

Violations will be treated as copyright infringement and pursued legally if needed.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
